Can I use MetroShoe Warehouse gift cards on the website?
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot process or sell gift cards on the website. Please visit our local stores to use gift cards. You can check your gift card balance to use in the store at the following link:
Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
Currently Oklahoma, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maine, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont and Wisconsin residents have to pay sales tax on their purchases.
Can I place an order over the phone?
At this time we can only except phone orders from local Oklahoma customers. You can call 1-866-417-9569. Please have the brand, style, color, and size of the item you would like to purchase available when calling.
I never received my electronic label, what do I do?
First, check your spam/junk filter or folder. If you do not receive it after 24 hours, you can call us at 1-866-417-9569 or email us at email@example.com and we will verify your email address.
My shoes do not fit, how do I exchange them?
Please go to our website www.metroshoewarehouse.com and click on the “Returns” tab at the bottom of the page under the “Customer Service” header. Once you click there it will give you detailed instructions for the exchange and return process.
Do you have locations outside of Oklahoma?
No, we are locally based in Oklahoma.
I have sent an item back for a refund can you credit a different card than the card I used when I made the purchase?
Unfortunately we can only refund the exact payment method used when the purchase was made.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, at checkout if your zipcode qualifies for a delivery you will have the option. Your order will be delivered as quickly as possible. All orders placed by 3pm will be delivered by 5pm.
Do you offer pick-up in store?
Yes, place your order online. You can select which store you want to pickup from. Once your order is ready you will be contacted via text & email. Please note if you item is not available at the location selected it could take up to 3 days, however with any delay you will be contacted. In-Store Pick Up
