Exchange Policy and Easy Returns:

MetroShoe Warehouse stands behind all of its products we sale, all items come directly from the manufacturer. If your purchase does not fit your needs, you may return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 30 days of shipment. The item must be in original condition, must include original packaging and all tags attached to be eligible for return or exchange. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges on International, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or APO unless the buyer pays the shipping both ways.

Exchange Policy:

We make exchanges easy for our customers. If you find that the color, size, or style does not work for your needs, just send the item back. Products must be in original packaging, in new condition, and have all tags attached. If an item is received and is not in original packaging, new condition, and/or have all tags attached the package will be refused and the refund/exchange will be denied. Use your original MetroShoe Warehouse box, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return. Once we receive your package the exchange will be processed 48-72 business hours from the time it is received. The new item will be sent to the original shipping address please contact us as soon as possible if you wish for the exchange item to be sent to an additional address.

A FedEx or USPS return label is available for an $8.95 fee. If you wish to receive the label please contact us via email or call 1-866-417-9569. (We are unable to offer other shipping methods for return labels at this time)

Exchanges in Easy Steps:

  • Pack up your unworn item. If you are returning footwear; place the shoes back in the original shoes box, use your original shipping carton or any plain unmarked cardboard box to ship back your item. Seal your package completely. If you are sending back apparel or accessories please make sure all the original tags are attached. Also, make sure the item is packaged securely so that it arrives at our warehouse in good condition.
  • Attach your return label or postage to the shipping package. You can ship your package back using any shipping carrier you prefer. If you wish to use our return label there will be an $8.95 charge deducted from your return amount. ($8.95 for the first pair and $4 for each additional).
  • Please note if the exchange item you have requested is not available a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
  • MetroShoe Warehouse will happily ship your first exchange to you for free, however, if you decide to continue to exchange that item beyond the one free exchange, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Once we receive your shoe for exchange it will be processed within 48 to 72 hours (excluding weekends) and your exchange item will be shipped back to you.

Easy Returns Policy:

  • If a return is received past the 30 days, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee and that amount will be deducted from your refund amount or your package will be refused and sent back with no refund.

Helpful Tips:

  • Returned items must include all original packaging and all tags must be attached. Shoe boxes cannot be taped up. If an item is returned without all original packaging or is taped up, a fee may be applied or the item will be refused.
  • Freight is non-refundable on international returns unless there is a shipping error.
  • If an item is received soiled, but can be cleaned, our Customer Service team may offer the option of a 20% cleaning fee. This will be deducted from the original purchase price. If you do not agree to this fee, the item will not be eligible for refund.
  • All swimwear must be returned with tags intact and all liners secured, for sanitary reasons we will not accept worn swimsuits for a return or exchange.
  • All men’s underwear must be new in box to be eligible for return or exchange, items that have been worn cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.
  • ANY PURCHASE MADE THROUGH A 3RD PARTY OR AFFILIATE WEBSITE DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR FREE EXCHANGES.
  • It can take up to 10 days for your package to arrive at our warehouse.
  • It can take up to 7 business days to process your return once it arrives at our warehouse.
  • It can take 2-10 business days for your financial institution to credit your card back. It is at the discretion of your credit card company as to how long it takes to process your credit. As a general rule, it can take up to 10 business days to receive your credit from the date the refund was issued.
  • Please note original shipping will not be refunded.
  • For your safety please send by an insured carrier with tracking information. We are not responsible for lost orders sent back at the customers own shipping method.
  • A pink zip-tie is attached to all backpacks and jackets for proof of purchase. This must be attached to the item for us to accept it back for return. We realize it isn’t pretty and a bit cumbersome, however we have to protect all of our customers. We will not take back worn merchandise.
  • Refused packages will not be processed as normal returns. The penalty amount will be subtracted from the eligible refund amount. Please note, original shipping charges are not eligible for refund.
  • If you are returning electronic accessories: All branded packaging must be in original condition in order for return. Electronic merchandise and accessories such as headphones, iPad cases, DVDs, speakers, keyboards, etc. must be returned with all original parts and will not be acceptable for return or exchange if packaging is opened and not intact.
